SaaS listings may include the product, code, domains, customer contracts, recurring revenue and the accounts used to run the product. Confirm each item in the acquisition package.

Monthly recurring revenue and annual recurring revenue are only shown when the seller enters them. Recurring revenue is not the same as profit, and it can include customers who may leave.

Ask who owns the code, the hosting accounts, the payment provider and the customer data, and whether those can be transferred.
