Business Hosting provides a place for sellers to publish listings and for buyers to enquire, message and record offers. Using the marketplace does not create an agency, partnership or completed sale between Business Hosting and you.

You are responsible for the information you publish. Do not post information you are not allowed to share. Demonstration accounts and DEMO listings are fictional.

An offer, acceptance or deal room on Business Hosting is a record of the discussion. It is not, by itself, a binding contract for the sale of a business or assets.
